ALL INDIA PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK STAFF FEDERATION

All India Punjab National Bank Staff Federation, an affiliate of NCBE (a non-political and independent organisation of bank employees) formed in 1972 with the sole objective to organize and unite the persons employed by Punjab National Bank in India, to regulate their relations with their employer, to secure fair conditions of service for them and to ameliorate their social, economic and civic conditions.

UNITY IS STRENGTH

The Union of the weak A powerful bully stumps;

The hostile blizzard spares The Shrubs that grow in clumps;

And single trees, though huge And posted for defence,

May be uprooted by The stout winds violence.

While groves of trees, where each Receives and gives defence,

Unitedly defy The winds fierce violence.

Just so, one man alone, However brave he be
